Whilst searching for the best of the island, we came across this property. The owners, a modern hardworking family of likeminded souls, described their house to us as simply “a sexy family home”. And in all fairness we can’t top that, because it is all of that and more.
This villa of over 500 m2 is located on a land of 25.000 m2 offering absolute privacy and in what I believe is THE most magical place on the island. Facing both the beautiful country side of Ibiza’s Gold Coast and the mystical rock of Es Vedra.
But that’s not all, the house has been decorated in a very rare, careful, well-thought manner with a true passion for detail. The materials used are of a very high standard but still the house feels very homely and offers both you as well as your family an unforgettable stay.

INDOOR
When entering, you immediately feel welcomed into this sexy family home. There is a very cosy lounge area with numerous white pillows completely surrounding a coffee table and facing a fireplace. A great place for the kids to hang out and make some drawings. Don’t worry there is WiFi in case the kids prefer the I-pad. The house is bright, spacious and one area naturally flows into the next, from lounging to dining to kitchen to more lounging. There is a separate TV room with English TV. The living and dining have numerous of big doors allowing the fresh breeze to enter the house and opening up to the terrace and pool area. There are 4 spacious bedrooms (3x double beds 1x two single beds) all with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a private entrance. The master bedroom has a terrace with a lounge bed from which you can fall in love all over again whilst enjoying the incredible sunsets, Es Vedra and even moon sets! Have you ever seen a moon set? Well, here is your change. It is magical!

OUTDOOR
Various outside spaces with each a different feel to it. The house sits nestled in amongst lush, green gardens and palms. There is a sitting area, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with views of the sea and Es Vedra, a lovely hide-away with an outside kitchen for an open air dinner. Feel connected to the elements of nature, enjoy the Bali beds which welcome you to completely drift away and enjoy some sun. And when the sun gets too hot, as it tends to do, just take a dive into the T shaped pool. Every day during your week of holiday you can enjoy a different setting on the property as it offers many chill out areas with each its own energy. Read that book you have always wanted to read. Soft Café del Mar lounge music is playing in the background. The whole property is gated and secured by a state-of-the-art alarm system, the kids can safely play outside near the pool or on the tennis court, which also has two little goals to play soccer or basketball.
No worries, just relaxing.

LOCATION
Hidden in the midst of nature, but still close to both worlds Ibiza has to offer, the popular hip Cotton Club in Cala Tarida, the booming Blue Marlin in Cala Jondal and right at the doorstep of the authentic Paella restaurant on the beach of Cala d’Hort, and of course Ses Boques, a restaurant you simply can’t miss. It takes approximately 25 minutes to get to Ibiza Town.
